Charis November update:

It was a fabulous sailing day the other Saturday for sea trials of Charis, the new sails from @OneSails_east performed brilliantly and the sunlight on the sea and the October shadows added to the atmospheric photos taken by John on the chasing rib.

Charis October update:

After launching last week the team have been busy working towards completion of Charis and she is looking great, she is heading out for river trials this afternoon.

Charis August update:

Good progress is being made on Charis, the teak & holly sole boards are being cut and fitted before passing to the finishing department for varnishing, this is a nerve racking job and a classic example of needing to measure many times before cutting as this is very expensive wood.

Charis is a Sadler 32 she has come to HMS for a complete refit and overhaul with all new deck fittings. We started off by stripping her down and repainting the hull and now bit by bit she is being put back together.
