Overview

If you bought an item from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund – no questions asked.

To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at info@harbourmarine.co.uk with your order details.
Once we’ve been notified, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To qualify for a full refund:

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@harbourmarine.co.uk.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any postage costs for returning the faulty item – at no cost to you.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have up to 30 days from delivery to request a full refund for faulty goods.

Returns After 30 Days

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase and the item develops a fault, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement.

Sale items

Sale or clearance items can only be refunded if they are faulty or not as described.

For non-faulty sale items, refunds are not available.

How to Return an Item

Please include your name, order number, and contact details inside the package.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning items unless the item is faulty or sent in error, in which case we will cover the return postage.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and the outcome of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
(Processing times may vary depending on your card provider or bank.)

Exchanges

We can replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email info@harbourmarine.co.uk before sending it back.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, we can issue a gift credit for the value of your return once it is received.


If the gift was sent to the purchaser, we will refund the original buyer directly.
