She is ready for launching and for the rig to be put back up.

The capping rails have been completed and the deck fittings and new tracks have been put down and the non slip paint has been applied. She has been transformed and is nearing completion.

The replacement capping rails are being fitted and all the deck fittings and tracks are being put back on prior to masking up and the non-slip deck paint application.

With the decks painted we are now busy putting the deck fittings back on.

The decks have had there first coat of paint after the high build.

The boys are making good progress and the decks are being filled and fared this week prior to painting.

The team have been continuing to fill holes and sand back on the decks in preparation for the paint and new non slip.

Kalabash is a Rival 36 she has come to the Southwold yard for among other things her decks to be stripped and painted with non slip deck paint. The Southwold team have been super busy removing all the deck fittings and old teak deck. On removal they have discovered this is not the first time the decks have been replaced since her build.
